A somewhat surprising video from Al Jazeera. It is not so much surprising what the evidence in the video shows, the surprising part is that the video made it to the air at all.
Obviously, an effective counter-insurgency program will have to stop funds from ever reaching the Taliban. And it might not hurt to stop having areas where the Taliban are allowed to be in with no real threat from the government.
